Review | Settimana di studio Fascinating Informatics 2020 - Schweizer Jugend forscht

L’edizione di quest’anno della settimana di studio “Fascinating Informatics” si è svolta tra il 6 e l’11 settembre 2020. Oltre alle Università di Basilea e di Berna, la FHNW di Brugg-Windisch e l’USI di Lugano, abbiamo potuto contare sulla presenza per la prima volta delle FFS in veste di partner industriale. I 21 motivatissimi partecipanti hanno avuto modo di dedicarsi per un’intera settimana a uno dei10 progetti proposti, immergendosi nell’affascinante mondo dell’informatica. Malgrado le inevitabili restrizioni imposte dalla pandemia hanno approfittato al massimo, con piacere, del lavoro nei gruppi di ricerca. I responsabili che hanno seguito i giovani durante le loro attività sul posto hanno presentato un’offerta di progetti interessanti e stimolanti come lo sviluppo dal vivo di un gioco al computer, la programmazione di apparecchi IoT (Internet of Things) o lo sviluppo di un “Intelligent Guardian”, un guardiano in grado di riconoscere automaticamente oggetti.
